These are the terms governing your use of tinyfoto.com.br and the tools offered on it. By using TinyFoto, you agree to everything that follows — so it's worth a read.

1. About the service

TinyFoto is a set of free online tools for image and PDF manipulation. Includes compression, format conversion, background removal, PDF merging, splitting and rotation, among other features.

All tools process files directly inside the user's browser, with no upload to our servers. This is an essential characteristic of the service.

2. Acceptable use

  • Don't try to bypass, compromise or attack the security of the site.
  • Don't use the tools to process illegal content — including copyrighted material without authorization, child exploitation content, or intimate images without consent.
  • Don't automate use (bots, scrapers) in a way that would overload the service.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the tools for competing commercial intent.

You are solely responsible for the content you process with our tools. Since processing happens on your own device, this is technically guaranteed — but legally we want it to be clear too.

3. No warranties (service provided "as is")

TinyFoto is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes:

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
  • No guarantee that the tools meet a specific purpose.
  • No guarantee of absolute quality in compression or conversion results.
  • No guarantee of compatibility with any specific software, browser or device.

Always keep backup copies of your originals before processing — with us or any other tool.

4. Limitation of liability

In no event shall TinyFoto, its operators or contributors be liable for:

  • Loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages from use or inability to use the service.
  • Unsatisfactory results from processed files.
  • Failures from bugs in the open-source libraries we use.
  • Service unavailability due to technical issues or third-party actions.

5. User content

You retain all rights to the files you process on TinyFoto. As mentioned, those files don't leave your device during processing — we have no copy, no access, and no claim to them.

6. Intellectual property

The "TinyFoto" name, logo, site design and published texts are property of the site's operators and protected by copyright laws.

7. Advertising

The site shows third-party ads (mainly via Google AdSense) to sustain operations. By using TinyFoto, you agree to the display of these ads. Advertisers do not have access to your files — only to anonymous browsing data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any TinyFoto tool at any time, without prior notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be flagged by updating the date at the top.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the operator's domicile.
